Katrina Kaif (Hindi: कत्रिना कैफ़) (born Katrina Turquotte[1] on 16 July 1984) is an Indian actress and model who has appeared in Bollywood, Telugu and Malayalam films.
Kaif's London modeling impact led to her discovery by London-based filmmaker Kaizad Gustad, who gave her a conception in his film Boom (2003). She moved to Mumbai and was offered a sort of modeling assignments. However, filmmakers were initially hesitant to sign her because she could not intercommunicate Hindi.[5]
Kaif saw success with the 2005 film Sarkar where she played the bit conception of Abhishek Bachchan's girlfriend. Her next release, Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya (2005), where she was matched opposite Salman Khan, attained her the Stardust Breakthrough Performance Award.
In 2007, Kaif appeared in the hit movie Namastey London, wherein she starred as a British-Indian girl alongside Akshay Kumar for the ordinal time after the incase office dud Humko Deewana Kar Gaye (2006). Since then, she had appeared in a series of incase office hits that allow Apne, Partner and Welcome.[6]
2008 saw her play a perverse persona for the prototypal time in Abbas-Mustan's hit state thriller Race. She played the persona of Saif Ali Khan's helper who is secretly in fuck with his hostile stepbrother played by Akshay Khanna.
